Voice Agent lists and retrieval return the same external payload used by Voice Agent webhooks. Transcription stays as complete text in transcript; analysis stays in inbuilt_analytics.

Input	Contract
`time_field`	`conversation_time` only; this is the default.
`start_time`, `end_time`	Required on lists: Unix epoch seconds, start inclusive and end exclusive, spanning at most 31 days.
`agent_id`	Optional on lists. Omit it to include your account’s Voice Agents.
`status`	Optional native status filter: `completed`, `call_initiated`, or `error`.
`filter`	Optional dashboard Voice Agent filters as one URL-encoded JSON object. Supports customer/conversation IDs, duration, direction, disconnect details, campaign, transfer, CRM and business insight filters. See the API reference for the complete field definitions.
`limit`, `sort_order`, `cursor`	List-only: 1–50 records (default 20), asc/desc (default desc), and the next-page cursor.
`conversation_id`	Required path parameter for retrieval. No dates or include selector are needed.

Output field	Format
`conversation_id`, `agent_id`	Existing Voice Agent and conversation identifiers.
`conversation_time`	Conversation time in epoch seconds.
`status`	Native stored status, without renaming.
`transcript`	Complete original transcription text.
`inbuilt_analytics`	Native configured analysis modules and nested answers/explanations.
`meta_analytics`	Webhook metadata, including duration, disconnect outcome and `recording_url` when available.
`tool_calls`, `future_scheduling`	Native tool and scheduling results when stored.
`call_transfer_details`	Existing transfer status/details object.
`request_data`	Stored integration request data.
`telephony_provider_call_id`	Provider call identifier, when available.

Lists wrap records in data[] and return pagination metadata. Retrieval returns one record in data. Fields depend on the saved record and configured modules; unavailable source values may be absent or null.

For larger datasets, use Create export. It uses the existing Voice Agent CSV download code and returns a download link when ready. Each export supports at most 31 days, 100,000 records and 200 MiB (209,715,200 bytes).
