Make your first request

View as Markdown

1. Set the base URL and credentials

Use https://anthropod.in/api/v2 with your private API key from the dashboard Developer Hub. Store the key on your backend.

2. List conversations for a date range

This request selects calls and chats on 1 September 2026 UTC:

curl --get 'https://anthropod.in/api/v2/conversation-analytics/conversations' \
--header "Authorization: Bearer $ANTHROPOD_API_KEY" \
--data-urlencode 'service_id=svc_demo_support' \
--data-urlencode 'time_field=conversation_time' \
--data-urlencode 'start_time=1788220800' \
--data-urlencode 'end_time=1788307200' \
--data-urlencode 'limit=20'

Add channel=call or channel=chat to select one channel. Timestamps are epoch seconds. Use inclusive start_time and exclusive end_time bounds, with a maximum 31-day window.

3. Read the response and continue

The data array contains conversation records. If pagination.has_more is true, repeat the request with cursor set to the returned pagination.next_cursor. Preserve the original filters and sort order.

See the pagination walkthrough for complete first-page and next-page requests.

Use the API explorer

Open an endpoint in the API reference and select Try it. Enter your credentials and request values, then copy cURL from the REQUEST section inside the explorer. This snippet reflects the values entered there. The reference page’s example outside the explorer is a fixed sample.
