Embed an Anthropod Conversation or Customer view in your CRM, help desk, or application. The API returns a time-limited dashboard URL.

Generate an embedded URL

Generate and display a view

Step	Action
Authorize	Check your own application user’s access before requesting a URL from your backend.
Select the view	Send `request_type: conversations` with a conversation ID, or `request_type: customers` with a customer ID.
Select dashboard access	Supply the service and an email for a dashboard user who already has access.
Embed	Use the returned `embedded_url` unchanged as the iframe source.
Refresh	Generate another URL when it expires, 60 minutes after creation.

Keep your account API key on the backend. The returned URL contains access information: do not log or publicly share it, construct its path, or alter its token. Embedding does not grant the chosen dashboard user additional record or service access.
